The first floor of the student residence is devoted mostly to services and shared facilities:

- a reception area for any questions and/or requests for information (depending on opening hours)
- bicycle storage facilities with exclusive access for occupants of the student residence.
Flats located between the 1st and 6th floors of the building all have lift access.
A shopping area close to the residence will give students direct access for their daily shopping needs.
Advantages of the residence:
- The site manager will be your special contact for the residence: their role will be both to ensure the building is kept clean and to inform students about operation of the residence and its services.
- Access to the student residence is controlled by an entry phone system.
